As an osteological supply company, providing human bones to colleges and educational institutions, JonsBones often faces social stigma. This is something we set out to combat in the recent re-design and development of their new custom e-commerce platform. We started with an education-first approach, providing transparent content into both the business and the industry as a whole. By creating an environment where new users could dive into educational content and experienced customers could easily navigate through hundreds of items, we produced a site that returned in a 15% boost of conversions.
